Refund Policy

At Emergence Audio LLC, we prioritize transparency and customer satisfaction. Due to the nature of our downloadable products and online services, all sales are final, and we are unable to offer refunds for instruments that have already been downloaded or that include serial numbers.

EU and UK Customers: If you are a consumer in the European Union or the United Kingdom, you have a statutory right to cancel a purchase of digital content within 14 days of your order without giving a reason, and nothing in this policy limits that right. To request cancellation, contact us via our Support page within 14 days of purchase and we will issue a full refund. This right ends early only where you have expressly requested immediate delivery of the digital content and acknowledged that you lose your right of withdrawal as a result.
